Before Your Event
1. Easy Booking Process
Once you inquire, we’ll connect to learn about your event, guest count, and vision. You’ll receive a clear proposal outlining your service, followed by an invoice and contract to secure your date.A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your event on our calendar.
2. Planning & Guidance
Because we are a dry hire service, you provide the alcohol and beverages—and we guide you every step of the way.You’ll receive:
- A personalized shopping list
- Beverage quantity recommendations based on guest count
- Timeline coordination
- Bar layout and flow suggestions
We make it simple, even if you’ve never hosted a bar before.
The Week of Your Event
3. Final Details
Seven days before your event, we confirm:
- Final guest count
- Event timeline
- Bar placement
- Special requests
Final payment is due at this time.
Event Day Experience
4. Professional Setup
Our team arrives early to:
- Set up the bar
- Organize supplies
- Prepare garnishes
- Ensure everything is clean, safe, and visually appealing

5. Elevated, Friendly Service
During your event, expect:

- Efficient drink service
- Responsible alcohol handling
- Clean and organized bar area
We create a welcoming energy without ever overpowering your event.
6. Responsible & Safe Service
We follow all local and state alcohol laws and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or underage. Your guests’ safety is always our priority.
After the Last Call
7. Breakdown & Cleanup
At the end of service, we:
- Break down the bar
- Remove trash from the bar area
- Leave the space clean and orderly
No mess. No stress.
A Few Important Notes
- Alcohol & Beverages: Supplied by the Client (dry hire)
- Overtime: Available at $100 per hour per bartender (charged in 30-minute increments)
- Cancellations: 30-day cancellation window
- Weather: Outdoor events require adequate shelter for staff and equipment
